RAPID FIRE QUESTIONS:

Coolest healthcare company and why?
HealthExpense, of course.

Coolest tech company and why?
Uber, because of its disruption to an old business model (taxi industry) with technology, and what it may portend for disruption in an industry like healthcare.  Both industries have business models with a large percentage of underserved and unsatisfied customers.

Most interesting fun fact about yourself
I ran my first marathon in Honolulu, Hawaii, while I was still in college. For a weekend trip in December, it was a mere 5,000 miles away.  I spent more time in transit with 2 layovers each way than in Hawaii itself.  More challenging than the travel, was the 90 degree heat, which was a shocking change from the sub-freezing temperatures in Hanover, NH that I had been training in.

Passions/hobbies/interests
Pretty much anything that involves being outdoors, preferably with friends or famiy. But I don’t mind a walk in the woods alone from time to time.

Favorite quote
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
― Winston S. Churchill

Favorite book
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Favorite way to relax
A day at a beach.

Favorite author/influencer
Douglas Adams.

Various places in New England (Boston. New Hampshire & Italy).
